The first of 25 flights a week to five major capital cities in Europe - London, Paris, Rome, Athens, and Prague - and also to beautiful Barcelona and Katowice take to the air in less than one months time on 24 June.

The first flights from Hungary will also mark the first anniversary of when the first business plan of a new low-fare airline was conceived. To be up and running with Wizz Air flights from two airports, Budapest and Katowice, to several leading European destinations in the space of year is a remarkable achievement.
