trade. Designed with the help of travel professionals, Air France.biz
has been introduced to meet their needs, providing significant timesavings,
as well as access to comprehensive information about Air France and
its products and services.
Air France.biz
was launched following a series of successful trials and will provide
the trade with a number of benefits. Simple navigational features
provide easy access to a range of sections on products, services,
online tools, news and customer tips, facilitating quicker and more
efficient communications between Air France, agents and their customers.
Updated daily, the site also features comprehensive operational,
commercial and technical information and answers to many 'frequently
asked questions'.
By providing useful information that travel professionals need to
sell Air France services, Air France.biz helps them to offer even
better customer service and after sales support and as such is an
invaluable professional training tool. The 'online tools' section
can be used to request services such as Group quotes, or to look
up policies on other customer requirements, such as pets in cabin
or excess baggage.
